At The Last Berry, I’m a mum and consumer just like you. So I’ll do my very best to assist you. Your rights are always protected by Australian Consumer Law, and I’m always here to help.
I’m very proud of the products that I’ve designed and I’ve taken every care in providing you with best quality and service. If by any chance the product you receive is damaged or faulty I’ll replace this at no cost to you. However, you will need to get in touch with me in writing via email to email@example.com 14 days of receipt.
I’m sure you will fall in love with the convenience provided by The Last Berry products. However, if for some reason you’re not 100% happy you’ll need to get in touch with me at the above email address within 14 days of purchase. I’ll then provide you with the postal address, and instructions.
The item must be received in its original condition. The items need to be un-used and in original packaging.
You’ll need to return items via Australia Post with tracking. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email to notify that I have received your returned item. I’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Please note that merchant transaction fees incurred are non-refundable, and these vary dependent on the payment method (e.g. specifically AfterPay, PayPal, Credit Cards).
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items I have discounted for a promotion can not be refunded.
